Cookie Policy

The short version

The new static frontend does not add analytics or advertising tracking scripts. It stores one local preference and can load YouTube after consent. Some existing legacy CMS pages remain accessible on the same domain and may use additional cookies, as described below.

1. Strictly necessary storage

This entry is required for the consent mechanism itself to work and needs no consent under the ePrivacy rules.

2. Third-party content (only with your consent)

The company video is embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). No connection to Google is made until you press play and allow third-party content. If you do, YouTube may set its own cookies and process your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

3. Cookies on older CMS pages

Our previous Privacy & Cookie Policy identifies the following cookies on older CMS-managed pages. Their presence and duration depend on which legacy pages and services you use, and the actual configuration may have changed. The new frontend's cookie choices do not necessarily control cookies set by older pages.

For older CMS pages, consult the existing cookie controls and disclosures on those pages. Browser settings can also be used to block or delete cookies. This information describes the previous policy and does not independently verify which cookies are currently active.

4. Managing your choice on the new frontend

You can change or withdraw your third-party video consent for these new pages at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the footer of a new frontend page. You can also clear the locally stored preference through your browser settings. These controls do not automatically change cookie settings on older CMS pages.

5. More information

How we handle personal data generally is described in our Privacy Policy. Questions? info@lateralrepairs.com.
