Calibration hoses
PVC-coated polyester calibration hose in light and heavy duty constructions.
The calibration hose carries the pressure that holds the impregnated liner against the host pipe while it cures. Both constructions work with the common resin systems — UV vinyl ester, silicate and epoxy.

About this product
Duty class is chosen from the working pressure and the diameter of the run: the heavy duty construction carries roughly three times the pressure of the light duty hose at DN 100 and tolerates a higher curing temperature.
All hose is supplied for single use only; re-use is at the customer's risk. In use the hose must be supported outside the pipe, kept off grit and gravel, and never walked on. Because of sizing at manufacture, please state whether the hose is intended as a calibration hose or a pre-liner when ordering.
